The Vouchers Division - The CRT, Voucher Reimbursement Centre

Logo Voucher Reimbursement Centre The CRT or Voucher Reimbursement Centre was created in 1972 in the form of a non-profit organisation under the law of 1901, by the three main voucher issuers, Accor Services France, Chèque Déjeuner and Sodexho Service Vouchers and Cards. On 1 October 2002, Natexis Intertitres joined the CRT.

The purpose of the CRT is to share the process of reimbursing vouchers from these four issuers from the approved Affiliates.

All the voucher deposits are processed electronically.

The vouchers and deposit slips are analysed in parallel and reconciled electronically. In order to guarantee the greatest reliability, each voucher deposit is then controlled by a specialised service in charge of analysing any differences.

In 2007 :
  • 583 million vouchers processed
  • 164,000 affiliated establishments
  • 120 staff members
