Domatel has designed a simple information and management system that functions by telephone without any prior investment costs. At the start and finish of a visit, the people intervening call a freephone number and identify themselves, the necessary information is automatically collected by the Domatel server. The service provider company can therefore be informed in real time of the state of the interventions. This information is then exported so that the invoices can be automatically processed.
Domatel provides training for all the people who intervene and puts examples of information letters and instruction manuals at their disposal. In addition, a telephone assistance is available 5 days a week and provides answers to any questions about the products.
