The Services Division - Vocatio
An approved continuing vocational training centre, Vocatio intervenes for all companies in the personal services sector in order to develop their expertise and know-how.
Vocatio proposes assistance by consultants of the sector, which ranges from a skills audit to quality training courses. This offer therefore enables everyone to improve their performance in daily tasks and in the software programmes proposed by Apologic.
The offer is centred around three themes allowing everyone to improve their know-how :
- Training on the software: training and advanced training on the Apologic software programmes (Perceval, Lancelot, Arlequin etc.)
- Quality training: Implementation of the NF X50-056 « Personal services in the home » standard (internal audit training, optimisation of the approach with Perceval Quality)
- HR training : How to anticipate human resource problems (implementation of a personalised approach, continuing vocational training reforms, management)
