Integration

The presentation of the Chèque Déjeuner Group starts right from the first job interviews. This difference means that people do not join the Chèque Déjeuner Group by chance, they choose to do so.

Each new staff member is welcomed by their superior who will present the Group, their mission and their integration programme to them. What the integration programme is centred on differs according to the departments and the professions. Supporting a new staff member when they take up their position is however, a vital common element. It can be in the form of mentoring or tutoring depending on the company.

Training
